Introduction
The idea to build residential flats appeared in my head right after I saw the unique catalog of Frisk I Trafik from 1989.
This
presentation is unique because most of the scenery from the original
catalogs presents small towns rather than large urban constructions. These buildings are impressive and I decided that this can not be missing in the Bebricton city.
The building has three apartments and a shop with clothes on the ground floor.
The apartments have two rooms and a balcony.
The store on the ground floor has an exhibition and a cash register.
I am surprised that there was not even one original set with such a building. Such a residential building does not require a huge amount of bricks. I think that the number will close around 400 bricks. In the Town series there were sets with that number of bricks and such a block of flats is undoubtedly an interesting structure to put in your city.

Ths tower is nice! I like its shape, colors fits well, apart the red part on the higher part of the tower.
I will try to build such urban layout next year, that could be nice. Is it a clothing store on street level? | |

Hello Evans!
I ran out of yellow bricks, thats why I had to finish it with red ones :) As always, you notice everything! Yes, this is the clothing store with the exhibition. Something different than flats only. I am curious what you will build in your scenery. Those residential blocks are great. | |

These buildings eats more bricks than we can think, you must have a fat bulk to build more than one. There is nothing planned for now, I will see how my bulk will evolve this year, and maybe I will be able to build such a residential area.
