Introduction
I began creating this truck back in 2015, but I was missing some parts, so I finally finished it some monthes ago. It's pmade in spirit of early 80's trucks and tho have an higher roof I thought that the 2x3 curved slopes could be useful, even if those are 90's parts. I've choosen blue for this truck because I dodn't wanted to build another white van, so blue was a good compromise. I've choosen a butcher firts because of there is not any butcher in my Lego Town, and my grandfather was butcher, and he had a Citroën Type H to sell in markets. The truck has space for a butcher to stand. There are showcases to show meat and a fridge to store meat. I didn't really knew if I had to put red parts to represent meat, or putting sausages, that are late 90's parts. So I've kept the 1x1 tiles to better stick to 80's spirit.
Creation contains
The creation contains a truck, with a fridge, a cash register, a pan, an axe, a jar. And there is also a table with a weighing machine and a weight. There are also three minifigures, the butcher, an employee and a customer.
Scenery
The scenery will come soon!

It's great! I like the idea with hinged roof and openable bar. It reminds me the ice cream truck from american movies :) Although, I think it would be better to do normal roof in cabin and the back roof out of 2 plates, not 3. The cabin is unstable and uses unusual bricks - I do not really know from where it is. Are those bricks from basic theme? They look really nice, but they can fell easly as I see. Nevertheless, the truck is great. I should think about similar idea when constructing next scenery.

Thanks Rogdush. In my first version, the roof wasn't hinged, it was completely attached. The cabin roof is rather unstable when there is no minifigure inside, the 2x3 curved slopes bricks are from Basic sets of the 90's, and I wanted so simulate a "high roof" version like this. What do you mean when you say making "the back roof out of 2 plates", are speaking about height of the truck? I hope seeing your version of the vending truck, with pink maybe, if it's in Paradisa? :)

Pink ice cream truck - that is some idea :D I simply tried to point out the "back" of the truck. I meant the container with bar. Sorry, I miss a proper word now. You have 3 hinged 4x4 plates now, which are making the roof of the whole bar and the truck's container. You could make it out of 2 plates instead of 3 and create hinged roof for the cabin just like in 6668 truck. Athough, this would destroy the effect of curved roof of the cabin which you wanted to have to reproduce the effect of renault :) I will try to make such a truck with two hinged plates with next scenery.
