Alternative construction
Honestly, this is the first time I see such construction. The vehicle looks least like amphibian. Of course it is not completely and tightly built, because no car in Lego is fully built. Imagination is required here. The vehicle is huge and well built, but having the side windows and opening flap at the back to the sizable trunk.
