10 years later, Nice use of the hinge piece! Looks and functions great! I believe this build originally was meant to be a seed/fertilizer spreader with the hopper feeding down onto the bar that rotates (in reality) to fling and spread. You can add the Lego turntable plate that comes with this set to add this function.
