Alternative construction
This proposal offers to create an express courier building with a helicopter and a small vehicle. The helicopter has container installed at the back into which you can insert the package, eg. two suitcases. This way of transport have its price, but it is one of the fastest.
The building has tall windows, through which you can observe landing spot without a problem. At the entrance there is a metal detector. Although it is not an airport and transported things are items rather than people, preventively it is resonable to check coming persons. In further part of the building there is a baggage area and waiting room.
