My small Range Rover is feeling small now! :) The use of those very big (compared to System ones) wheels is interesting. But I think that you gave a further place to playability and Technic functions than to design.
For example, I don't see mudguards, because of monster trucks are modified existing vehicles, and in your vehicles, there are no mudguards, and the inverted slopes under the vehicle looks strange because of it's mudguard's place. And the 1x2 Technic bricks in the sides of vehicle looks a bit out of place, even if these are here to maintain suspensions. Maybe you could try 4x5 mudguards and 1x1 bricks with Technic hole. So the suspension could pass through the mudguard piece (as there is a 2x2 hole in) and being attached with 1x1 Technic brick. For the rear, it's possible. For front, it wopuld be more difficult because of the suspension piece don't work properly when "bent", so under side pression. I'm impatient to see this part of Bebricton, a monster-truck yard is a very good idea, and the monticule behind is a good way to add relief to your sceneries! Keep on MOCing! :)

Hey Evans,
The main problem for mudguards was the suspension, which I wanted to create using spring from technic. Nevertheless, the use of 4x5 could do the trick probably. It is worth checking out. Thanks for your remarks :) This won't be the monster truck yard alone, but I will present it soon.

I have tried the usage of 4x5 mud guard brick and it works excellent :) Thanks for tip Evans, I forgot about that part having this nice hole.
I will present it soon. | |

I'm happy to have helped you. :)
But the cers, the destroyed cars, are all from 80's? So these are new cars, brand new cars that are destroyed! This monster truck show is organised by a very rich man... :) You should make more detailled pictures of the vehicles to better see them. I have to admit that the simple addition of mudguards brings a lot more of realism, the shape of the vehicles are much better. Good job! :) |
