Introduction
This tow truck is a little special, it's a car impound tow truck. It tows the badly parked cars, beware of where you are parked! I had this idea when seeing it in Paris, doing its job. I kept the color scheme of the 1983 police car, the 6623 set. I used a non-cop minifig because of he is not a policemen like others.

This tow truck features a hook along with a 1x2 plate modified to be able to tow any vehicle.
